First you will need to locate your USB name<\/p>\n

# fdisk -l<\/p>\n

After you located your USB drive you will need to check out the partition type<\/p>\n

# fdisk -l \/dev\/sdb<\/strong><\/p>\n

To mount your USB drive run the following commands<\/p>\n

# mkdir \/mnt\/somedir<\/p>\n

# mount \/dev\/sdb1<\/strong> \/mnt\/somedir<\/p>\n

Now navigate using a ftp client to \/mnt\/somedir<\/p>\n

You will now be able to download your ClearOS baremetal backup files to a secure place! When finished just umount your USB drive<\/p>\n

After you run the umount command you will see your baremetal backup again!<\/p>\n
