Boot up your PC using your windows 10 install disk or usb<\/p>\n

Choose Repair your computer<\/p>\n

Go in Advanced Option<\/p>\n

Select the Command Prompt option<\/p>\n

Type diskpart
\n> diskpart<\/p>\n

DISKPART > list volume<\/p>\n

Choose your biggest partition or where your system32 directory is located<\/p>\n

Exit DISKPART
\n> exit<\/p>\n

Type the following in the command prompt
\n> move d:\\windows\\system32\\utilman.exe d:\\windows\\system32\\utilman.exe.bak
\n> copy d:\\windows\\system32\\cmd.exe d:\\windows\\system32\\utilman.exe<\/p>\n

restart
\n> wpeutil reboot<\/p>\n

Click on Easy of Access<\/p>\n

You are now in the dos prompt<\/p>\n

net user fullaccess \/add<\/p>\n

net localgroup administrators fullaccess password \/add<\/p>\n

reboot<\/p>\n

Select fullaccess user<\/p>\n

Go in Control Panel<\/p>\n

Click on user account<\/p>\n

Select the account you wish to reset the password<\/p>\n

Reboot<\/p>\n

Go back to \/system32\/<\/p>\n

copy to your desktop utilman.exe.bak<\/p>\n

rename it on your desktop to utilman.exe<\/p>\n

copy the file back to \/system32\/<\/p>\n

Reboot<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Maybe it will work, maybe not!<\/strong><\/em> The last resort would be to fetch the user data on a backup usb drive and re-install the hole thing!<\/p>\n
